Hello, I'm Olivia, based in Farnham, Surrey. I am here to support families during their infant feeding journey. Starting with support in the ante-natal period, continuing through to new born days and beyond. I am here to support you where ever you are in your journey.
I am a registered nurse (NMC) with nearly 15 years of experience working within A&E, Neonatal units, Maternity, Practice nurse and School aged Immunisation team lead.
My mission is to support you and your family to achieve a positive feeding journey. Equipping you with the most up to date information and practices to empower you in making the right decision for you, your baby and family. This may include support with Breastfeeding, Expressing, Bottle feeding, Weaning, Induced lactation, or a combination of all!

Antenatal support
I am here to provide you with evidence-based information and support in the Ante-natal period to help empower you in making decisions to get your infant feeding journey off to the best start.
This can include, but not limited to; colostrum harvesting, skin to skin information, feeding plan, resources to use in the early days, position and attachment, expressing milk, building milk supply, making up expressed milk and formula feeds.
New Born / fourth trimester support
I understand that infant feeding is a holistic experience that involves physical, emotional, and social aspects. I take a comprehensive approach to ensure the well-being of both the infant and the family, ensuring each family has the time to process and decide on a journey that is right for them. An Infant feeding journey is not linear, it will ebb and flow and evolve as the baby grows and develops. I am here to support you through it all.
This can include, but not limited to; Breastfeeding support, introducing bottles, mixed feeding, expressing milk and formula feeding.
Beyond the fourth trimester (12 weeks+)
I respect every family's choices and decisions regarding infant feeding. My approach is non-judgmental and I strive to provide a supportive environment where you can express your concerns and receive personalised care.
I am here to support you beyond the days where you think it should be getting easier. Feeding your infant is changing daily, they are learning and developing constantly. This may require you to seek help and support to continue in your chosen feeding journey, or you are seeking support to help develop your journey.
